Crystal Lagoon
Guiness book of world records pool. Amazing, This man-made saltwater lagoon has been attracting huge crowds to the San Alfonso del Mar resort at Algarrobo, on Chile's southern coast. It is more than 1,000 yards long, covers 20 acres, had a 115ft deep end and holds 66 million gallons of water. This one took five years to build, cost nearly 3.5 Million and the annual maintenance bill will be 4 million. Its turquoise waters are so crystal clear that you can see the bottom to 35 feet. This pool uses a computer- controlled suction and filtration system to keep fresh seawater in permanent circulation, drawing it in from the ocean at one end and pumping it out at the other. The sun warms the water to 26 degree Centigrade, nine degrees warmer than the adjoining sea.Subscribe in a reader
Greg Norman bought this yacht in 2005. Click here for some more amazing pictures.
This is absolutely amazing. Check out golfer Greg Norman's 228 foot yacht. It has an observation lounge, a cinema with state-of-the-art sound and projection system, and a galley and master suite that make most land-based equivalents pale in comparison. Plus, as if that wasn't enough, also on-board is a 42-foot custom sportfisher, a 29-foot SeaVee used for fishing and diving, a 31-foot Novurania Equator, two 18-foot Hewes flats fishing boats, four wave runners, two sea kayaks, wakeboards, surfboards and ancillary equipment allowing for all types of recreation.
The House that Golf Built? Don't believe everything you read, especially on the Internet.
Tiger Woods home? No, but beautiful.
These pictures of these gorgeous homes were erroneously sent out as an email that claimed Tiger Woods owned this home. It is not true according to Snopes.com. These are pictures of Vacation Homes in Hawaii that go for between $6000-$8000 a night. It is paradise though. They are just lovely.
